Guerre
Guerre (franc, ejtsd: ger) a. m.a háboru, harc. - G.a outrance v. G.a mort, harc mindhalálig; - nom de guerre (harci név), eleinte az a név, melyet a katonának besorozott a maga tulajdon neve helyébe vett föl; ennél fogva valamely szinész, művész v. iró álneve is. A la guerre commea la querre (v. igy is: c'est la guerre) a. m. a harcban harci szokás divik, azaz harcban már igy járja. L. még Alagér.
