Roer (ejtsd: rúr) vagy Ruhr, a Maas jobb oldali, 207 km. hosszu mellékfolyója Aachen porosz kerületben. A Hohe Vennben ered, németalföldi területre lép és Roermondnál (l. o.) torkollik; nem hajózható.
