Jóny János
Jóny János (Igló, ? – Lőcse, 1755): ügyvéd, jogi író. Külföldi egy.-eken tanult, majd Lőcsén ügyvéd volt. Jogi irodalmi tevékenysége során római joggal és jogtörténettel foglalkozott. – M. Dissertatio de usu et auctoritate juris Romani in Hungaria (Jenae, 1717); De auctoritate juris civilis Romanorum (Jenae, 1717); Facies juris publici Hungariae (I–II, Jenae, 1718–1756); Commentatio historico-politica de origine et progressu juris Hunno-Hungarici (Leutschoviae, 1727); Juris peritorum Hungariae manuale (Jaurini, 1749); Tractatus juris publici et historici hungarici (Jenae, 1756; főbb dolgozatainak posztumusz kiadása).
