Scheff Gottfried,
orvosdoktor, gyakorló-orvos, szül. 1845. jan. 8. Pesten, hol középiskoláit végezte, 1863-tól a bécsi egyetemen orvosi tanulmányokat hallgatott és 1868-ban orvosdoktorrá avatták; azonnal a bécsi általános kórházban másodorvos és assitens lett, hol 1875-ig működött, midőn a katonai tiszti orvosi szolgálatba lépett. Jelenleg szolgálaton kívüli gyakorlóorvos Bécsben.
Sok orvosi czikke jelent meg a bécsi és más külföldi szaklapokban.
